Dr. Richard Overman has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Science Education, a Master’s in Divinity and a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies. Rich has nearly 40 years of engineering experience. In 1992, he and his wife, Ginger, accepted a call by God into a creation ministry. This led to the formation of Creation Education Resources in 1994 where he is a researcher, lecturer, teacher, and president.

Creation Education Resources (CER) provides speakers to churches, civic groups, schools, and school groups. Rich is the primary speaker. He has spoken to numerous churches, schools, home schools, and other groups. CER also has a mobile fossil Museum called the 4Cs Mobile Fossil Museum.
